Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Mesorra (the website, web application, APIs, and related services), you agree to these Terms. If you use Mesorra on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Mesorra provides tools for WhatsApp Business messaging operations, including shared inbox, bots, templates, campaigns, coexistence onboarding, and developer APIs. Features may change as we improve the product. Meta WhatsApp message fees and policies are separate from Mesorra platform plans and credit packs.

3. Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your organization. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. We may suspend access for security, abuse, non-payment, or Terms violations.

4. Acceptable use

• Comply with Meta WhatsApp Business policies and applicable law.
• Do not send spam, unlawful content, or messages without required consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, probe systems without authorization, or disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse engineer the product except where permitted by law.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, contacts, templates, etc.). You grant Mesorra a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to process customer communications through Mesorra.

6. Billing

Paid plans and message credits are billed as described at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Third-party charges (including Meta) are your responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesorra's total liability arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Mesorra at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach or risk to the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and ownership) will survive termination.
